This holiday season leave the cooking to Mr. G’s

When most people think of Mr. G’s Pizzeria and Wings they think of, well, pizza and wings—that and the Giardina family’s delicious homemade Italian entrées. But did you know Mr. G’s catering arm offers all kinds of family favorites, including comfort foods like fried chicken, green beans almondine and mac and cheese? It’s the perfect option for family gatherings and holiday parties.

“We cater get-togethers large and small,” says Mr. G’s founder Mark Giardina. “From football watch parties to school parties to family events and corporate meetings. Sure, we can deliver you pizza, but there is so much more we can do.”

Mr. G’s takes the stress out of meal prep by offering affordable and delicious catering and party-pack options. Although the staff appreciates 24 hours notice, most orders are available the same day if you call before lunch. Let’s look at some options:

Special Catering Packages
Although you can customize any catering order, Mr. G’s features three special packagers that are ready to go, including plates, napkins and plasticware. Special I is rigatoni, fried chicken, parsley potatoes, green beans, rolls and butter for just $12.95 per person; Special II is baked lasagna, baked Italian chicken, green beans almondine, tossed salad, rolls and butter for $14.95 per person; and Special III is fried chicken, potato salad, baked beans, fruit salad, rolls and butter, for $11.95 per person.

These prices are good for off-premise catering only and require a minimum of 20 people. Most items can even be ordered á la carte.

Pans of Pasta
For a more traditional Italian meal, consider Mr. G’s pans of pasta that come in two sizes: the large serves 20-25 guests while the half serves 8-10. Prices range from $26.99 to $64.99 depending on size and meat option.

Of course, you’ll want salad. The Deluxe Salad features a fresh, crisp lettuce mix, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cheese and dressings. The Half Deluxe serves 10-15 for $21.50, while the Full Deluxe serves 20-25 for $35.50.

Yes, Pizza and Wings, Too
Mr. G’s pizzas don’t stop at the traditional “large” size. Their legendary massive sheet pizzas—measuring 18 x 26 inches and featuring up to 40 slices—are a simple and delicious meal solution for just $23. Plus, their convenient rectangular shape makes these pies easy to transport, serve and enjoy.

While pizza is a mainstay at Mr. G’s, so are their award-winning wings. Enjoy 25 wings for $27.99; 50 for $50.99; or 100 for $97.99. Sauces include Buffalo, teriyaki, spicy garlic, and BBQ (hot, medium or mild).

Enjoy both pizza and wings with the Family Combo Special. It’s a large one-topping pizza, garlic bread, a bucket of wings (hot, medium or mild), and one 2-liter soda for only $42.99.

Side Dishes
Here’s an idea: Even if you’re cooking at home for a party and need a convenient side dish, pick one up from Mr. G’s. (If you transfer it to your own pan, well, that’s your business.) Sides include: green beans almondine, oven parsley potatoes, au gratin potatoes, scalloped potatoes, Italian mixed vegetables, buttered corn and homemade mac and cheese. Most items are $39.99, while the mac and cheese comes in at $49.99. Each serves 20 to 25 people.

Of course, you don’t have to wait for a party to enjoy Mr. G’s. The restaurant is open seven days a week for quick and easy, sit-down family dinners featuring their delicious original Italian entrées made from scratch using secret family recipes (available dine-in, pickup or delivery). The restaurant also features a party room perfect for family gatherings or business luncheons up to 50 people.
