Savor the perfect meld of creamy avocado, hearty turkey and tangy roasted red peppers in this deliciously grilled provolone cheese panini.
Turkey, Avocado and Roasted Red Pepper Panini

Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients
4 slices thick-cut sourdough bread
8 oz. sliced turkey meat
1 avocado, sliced
¼ C roasted red peppers, drained
2 T pesto
4 slices provolone cheese
Pickles, for serving
Here’s How
- Preheat panini press on high.
- Build the sandwich: On one slice of bread, layer two slices of provolone, a 1/4 pound of turkey, avocado slices and roasted red peppers.
- Spread pesto on another slice of bread and top the sandwich.
- Grill in the panini press until cheese melts and sandwich is hot, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with pickles on the side.
