When a family member passed away recently, I was in a bit of a bind. Faced with an unplanned, whole-house remodel to prepare my loved one’s home for market, I needed help—fast.

While I was able to tackle the bulk of the work myself, there were a couple areas where I just couldn’t step up to the plate. The carpeting and the tub surround required a professional touch.

A quick call to Brian Erickson, the owner of Floorz, and both jobs were prepped, scheduled and installed in time for me to get the house on the market as planned.

I told Brian I needed a new tub and shower, and a gorgeous new tub and shower combination is what he gave me. I told him I needed carpeting that would appeal to every buyer, and a gorgeous, neutral, gray-beige carpet was professionally installed.
