Jessica Chodaczek is a great listener, and a fast learner. These two qualities make her very good at her job as leader of The Chodaczek Team at LoFaso Real Estate. Listening and learning are just two of the reasons why Jessica received a National Sales and Marketing Executives (NSME) Achievement in Excellence Award.
“I was nominated by our business coaches, Sandra and Rob Wentz of 1Direction Strategy,” Jessica says. “I think my success comes from the fact that I don’t focus on sales. I focus on the clients and their needs.”
Jessica says that it’s listening and learning that sets The Chodaczek team apart.
“It sounds simple, but it’s more than checking off the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage you’re looking for,” Jessica says. “It’s listening and learning about your lifestyle, what makes you tick, your dreams for your next home and how we can get you to that next phase of your life.”
Jessica loves to give examples of clients who are doing just that. One recent client was looking for a home for their expanding family.
“They were expecting their second child and wanted their next home to be the place where family gathers for parties and holidays with plenty of room for toys and overnight guests,” Jessica says. “And also (I was listening) space for that golf simulator. This is what lights me up. Specific examples of what your dream home looks and feels like for your family.”
Jessica and her team are more than just agents, they are advocates adding clarity to what can be an overwhelming process.
“We keep our eye on the prize for you,” Jessica says. “And when selling your home, we have a clear marketing system to make this process as stress-free as possible while always keeping you at the forefront.”
