Jessica points to statistics from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that show sales are still strong, though not as crazy as a few months ago.

From the National Association of Realtor’s July 2022 Confidence Index Survey: Nationally, in May of 2022, 55% of homes sold over asking price. By July, it was down to 39%.

Jessica says it’s still a great time to sell and it’s all about pricing your home correctly.

“It’s a balancing act in this market,” says Jessica. “We start with an information gathering session, do a lot of listening and educate you on the current market and how to proceed.
