The buddy system nets results
By Kyle Hotz, ACE Owner, Founder; Higher Heights Fitness
The best things in life are better when shared. That applies to strength training, too. There’s nothing like a “buddy system” to help you achieve your fitness goals and maximize your enjoyment and fulfillment.
At Higher Heights, we see a significant bump in results when a duo works out together. That’s why we began offering two-for-the-price-of-one training if you come in at the same time. Whether you’re a married couple, boyfriend and girlfriend, sisters, moms and daughters, fathers and sons, or friends, the deal is a nice draw to reap the benefits of individualized personal training at half the price.
When people share their goals and believe in each other, the accountability and motivation make a world of difference. The more the merrier, and our couples have a ball while bonding.
Whether with others or individually, I hope those who aren’t familiar with our brand of personalized training give us a try. We’re always growing and adding benefits to our members, such as a healthy meal service, nutrition program, physical therapy and yoga classes. Everything we do is based on science and research, beginning with the InBody 270 scan to pinpoint your health indicators and give you a set of numbers, such as daily caloric intake, to help reach your goals.
And because our work produces results, we’re blessed to have retained both a loyal membership, and staff, who stay with us for the long term.
