Quinn Johnston (pictured above) is a licensed real estate agent on the Chodaczek Team at LoFaso Real Estate in Medina County. As a lifelong Medina County resident, Quinn finds her clients the house they love in the area that she and her family are proud to call home.
“I lived in the same house in Brunswick until I went to college,” says Quinn. “Now my husband, two children and I have settled in Medina and we couldn’t be happier.”
After studying special education at the University of Akron and Cleveland State University, Quinn worked with special needs students at Brunswick High School.
“A few years ago, Jessica Chodaczek sold my parents’ house and I was fascinated by the process,” says Quinn.
And Jessica recognized a future team member when she saw one.
Quinn takes a problem-solving approach to her relationship with clients. She discovers what isn’t working for them in their current situation then finds the home that not only works now, but also for the future.
“I love working with first-time home buyers,” says Quinn. “My family went through it recently and I know what young families are looking for.”
Quinn wants her clients to know they can trust her to lead them through the process with expertise, integrity and attention to detail.
“I pride myself on the level of service I offer,” says Quinn. “I’ll do anything to make the buying, selling and moving process less stressful. As a member of local networking groups, I can also recommend many tradespeople that I know and trust.”
As a result of her service and dedication, Quinn’s clients often become friends.
“Families send me pictures of what they’ve done with their new homes…decorating and renovating,” says Quinn. “It’s so satisfying to see them happy. It’s the best part of my job.”
