“We are celebrating our 30th anniversary,” owner Jennifer Pealer says. “We started with four stylists and today have a team of 85 technicians and specialists in all the latest techniques in hair care, nails, eyebrows, waxing, massage and facials along with tanning and bridal services at the Mentor (south salon) and Mentor on the Lake (north salon) locations.”

Hair

“We are great listeners,” Jennifer says. “And anyone who has ever felt like their stylist just didn’t understand them knows how important that is. We ask questions about your lifestyle and determine your hair’s texture before we ever start cutting.”

Extensions
Hair extensions add length, volume and body and can change the texture of your existing hair. Sew-in, clamp-in, bond-in and micro-line application options are available as are tape-in halos, toppers and ponytails for less permanent solutions. Color
Jenniffer & Co. colorists have completed the Goldwell Master Colorist Program of extensive training in all color services, utilizing Goldwell’s quality products for dimensional color, fashion color, balayage and ombré, lightening, custom color and brow or lash tint.
Permanent Relaxers/Keratin Treatments

Facials

Eyebrows
Tired of drawing on or filling in those sparse brows? Jenniffer & Co. offers a solution.
“The Ombre Powder Brow is a natural, semi-permanent make-up application where the pigment is pixelated onto the skin resulting in a full, natural brow,” Erin says. “It solves the issue of the drawn-on, flat, one-color look of other brow treatments with a shading technique that mimics your natural hairs. Powder Brow lasts about five years, depending on your skincare routine.”
Erin takes time to “map” your face, so each brow is perfectly placed.
“No one’s face is perfectly symmetrical,” Erin says. “Your brows aren’t either. Mapping ensures each brow is placed and shaped properly to enhance your unique face.”
