Higher Heights Fitness is always adding advanced protocols and services. In addition to customized workouts in private training suites, the studio has evolved to offer physical therapy, dry needling, small-group training, a nutrition program and UnRefined ready-made meals.

This month, owner Kyle Hotz has announced a partnership with the newly opened D2 Human Performance Center in Brecksville.

“Our goal is to impact our members’ lives through elite-level workouts and beyond,” says Kyle. “Many people are looking for help with recovery and inflammation issues, as well as detoxification, stress relief and attaining better quality sleep, which are addressed through the services at D2. From a full-body cryotherapy chamber to red light therapy, a sauna and compression boots, these take our efforts to the next level.”

Cryotherapy is one of the most popular services. This controlled chill for several minutes enhances the immune system, reduces inflammation and soreness and even boosts metabolism and weight loss.

Higher Heights Fitness is located at 8251 Chippewa Road in Brecksville. Members receive discounted rates at D2 Human Performance Center, at 3201 East Royalton Road, Suite 30, in Broadview Heights.
