Hinckley’s newest neighborhood is charming potential residents with the inviting promise of upscale living with amenities to suit every interest and the ultra-convenience of a maintenance-free lifestyle.

“Our 117 luxury apartment homes appeal to people over 55 as well as younger families,” says Area Manager Maria Bossone. “As a designated majority senior community, we need to have 80% of our homes occupied by at least one person over 55, and the other 20% can be occupied by younger residents, which is about what we are currently seeing. Our neighborhood is perfectly suited for people with active lifestyles who are also social.”
