Jessica Chodaczek, team leader of The Chodaczek Team real estate group at LoFaso Real Estate in Medina, has a clear vision for 2021. As a licensed real estate agent in her eighth year serving Medina County, Jessica looks forward to a new year of helping her clients find new homes and new beginnings.
“As a former high school teacher and youth minister, my goal has always been to make a difference in people’s lives,” says Jessica. “A career in real estate has allowed me more flexibility in my family life with my husband and two daughters, while providing the opportunity to help my clients at one of the most important times of their lives—buying a new home.”
And not just any new home. Jessica admits she wasn’t sure a career in real estate was for her because she doesn’t consider herself a salesperson.
“I could never try to convince anyone that a particular house was the one for them if they didn’t truly believe it,” says Jessica. “Real estate in its best form is not sales. My role is to first listen to not just my clients’ needs but also their desires, then be their guide and protector through the process. Whether you’re buying, selling, or both, I’m on your side.”
