Passion for the industry and a little life experience are important qualities for a successful career in real estate. That’s why Jackie Walls has found her perfect match as a member of the Chodaczek Team at LoFaso Real Estate in Medina County.

“Being from a military family, I am a moving expert,” says Jackie. “Even now, I move once a year. The things that cause stress for everyone else are what I enjoy.”

Armed with her love of moving, Jackie decided to make a career of helping others through the process.

“I’m extremely organized and have this ability to simplify things,” says Jackie. “I learned this from moving often but also from working for a moving company. I gave estimates on moving costs and advised homeowners on how make their move more efficient. A real estate career was a natural progression.”

After meeting Jessica Chodaczek at a networking event, Jackie knew The Chodaczek Team was the place for her.

“Jessica is personable, friendly and so professional and capable,” says Jackie. “I knew this was a group of agents who really care about their clients.”

It’s the client interaction that Jackie enjoys most about her job.

“I helped my last client pack,” says Jackie. “Whether you’re upgrading or downsizing, it’s a new chapter and should be exciting. Let’s make it fun.”

Jackie particularly loves working with military and first responder families. It’s a group that is close to her heart.

“Coming from a military family and having a firefighter sister, I’ve seen this population neglected in the real estate world,” says Jackie. “I want to be a one-stop shop for these families and save them money.”

Jackie has educated herself on VA loans and other programs and options for military members and first responders.

“There are discounts out there,” says Jackie. “I want to help them the way they help us.”
