In a recently completed three-season space and open-air deck/covered patio project in Concord Township, Daveron began by removing a rear window of the home and replacing it with a French door, providing access to a new addition on the second level of the home.
“We did an open-framed interior of the space with tongue-and-groove pine wall and trim,” says Josh Javins, Daveron’s exterior specialist. “The windows, patio slider and full lite entry door ensure tons of light and full views of the outdoor spaces. The feel is like you’re outside but still have the comforts of being indoors.”
With a three-season room by Daveron, you get insulated walls and floors, heating and cooling, electrical outlets and siding that matches the outside of your home.
“This is not a prefab enclosure,” says Sarah. “It’s treated just like an interior room and has all the same conveniences but includes easy access and unencumbered views of the outdoors. In our climate here in Northeast Ohio, a three-season room just makes sense and adds value to your home for a smaller investment than a traditional addition.”
The Concord Township project included exterior lights, a shingled roof matching the house, and seamless gutters tied to the drain lines. To top the project off and connect the new build to the existing home, Daveron built a second-level, open -air deck with TimberTech decking and composite railing with black aluminum balusters for unobstructed views.
“Cable railing systems are great for outdoor railings like on boat docks where it’s important to keep the view as clean as possible,” says Sarah. “From boat docks and custom fencing to decorative arbors, gates and pergolas, we have the know-how and the products to do the job the right way.”
The Concord Township project included a first-level concrete slab matching the above-deck footprint to provide a covered, outdoor entertaining space. A stairway connects the areas.
Josh and Sarah both say the sky is the limit for outdoor projects. As a design and build company, all finishes, like custom lighting, stone or slab patios, fencing, gating, railings, bench seating and complete outdoor kitchens with appliances and more, can be done as part of one project.

Your in-studio meeting at Daveron’s showroom includes a 3D rendering that puts you right inside your new space, giving you a true visual of the design while allowing for changes.
