One of the biggest reasons for the move from our previous showroom in Rocky River to a larger one in Westlake was to give us the space and freedom to design every inch of it, making way for full-sized shower vignettes.

We feel our showroom is elemental to the decision-making process. Our guests can immerse themselves fully in the possibilities of what their new bathroom can look like.

Sometimes folks struggle with envisioning a finished bathroom. Not here. We go over every consideration beyond just picking out the materials, such as do they want no threshold, low threshold or a higher threshold entering the shower? Do they want a bench within the space? We offer many styles, including a teak bench that conveniently folds up so it doesn’t impede on the bathing space. Do they want a shower door, a curtain, a glass partition, or nothing at all?

We take pride in following an approach that’s consultative and educational, never salesy or high-pressure. During every step of the job, we communicate with people and let them know what’s next. When people bring in photos of their dream bathroom, that’s even more helpful.

And speaking of dreams coming true, we are thrilled to report that Terry McGrady won our Black Friday Bath Giveaway, announced at our Holiday Open House last month. His $10,000 bathroom makeover is already in the planning stages.
