Randy and Jackie Wojtkiewicz, owners of Clean Solutions, are all about family. Having both grown up locally in large families and today with three sons of their own and working together in their carpet and air duct cleaning business, the couple is using those family values as their guide for being the best at what they do.
“I was working for another carpet cleaning business 22 years ago,” says Randy. “I was intrigued by the job and loved being someplace different every day, meeting new people and providing a service that made them happy. It was a good feeling.”
After many years in the trade, Randy’s passion for his career continued to grow. He was inspired to venture out and turn the company into something he could be proud of. “I wanted my business to focus on putting the customer first and building a reputation for honesty, great service and a job well done,” says Randy. “I am passionate about this industry. I love to explain our process to our customers and how it sets us apart. My goal is for our customers to try us once and love us for life.”
Randy bought out his old partner in 2012 and he and Jackie started running the business themselves—their own way.
“That was interesting,” jokes Jackie. “I was a social worker and had no business experience, but we learned quickly and were guided by our vision of creating something our family could be proud of. We made our own rule to be true to who we are.”
Randy and Jackie are proud of the trust their customers have in them and the relationships they have built. And make no mistake, Randy knows this business and he’s not afraid to talk about it.
“I could talk forever about carpet cleaning and the importance of doing the job right,” says Randy. “But the short version is that I’ve learned there’s a better way—the right way—to do this job for the best results. Clean Solutions includes an initial step of power scrubbing before cleaning. I liken it to washing dirty, greasy hands by just letting water run over them without scrubbing to get the grime off first, then rinsing them clean. It’s a necessary step to getting your carpets truly clean.”
It’s called a counter rotating brush (CRB) and Randy says it makes all the difference.
“It’s an expensive but very worthwhile investment. It offers the best results and it’s the only way to clean carpets,” says Randy. “The CRB cleans deep into the carpet fibers for superior cleaning ability.”

Randy and Jackie’s staff of five full-time and two part-time employees is trained and industry certified.
“No one goes into someone’s home without months of time riding with me to learn how I do things,” says Randy. “We value our employees, and they feel it. It’s a real family atmosphere around here.”
There’s that word again—family. Just ask Randy about his grandparents and their stories of coming to this country and working hard to build their life here. It’s inspiring and that history has certainly inspired Randy to make family his priority—both his own family, and yours.
