According to Greg, Best Solutions’ access division has grown tenfold in the last five years. “It is very rewarding to help someone stay safely in the home they know and love,” he says.

Customer service representatives Diane Garner and Lynn Mastrucci are well-versed in the Best Solutions rental program. “We have many calls for scooter and wheelchair rentals,” Diane says. “We have several sizes available, in addition to knee walkers, full electric beds, air mattresses and ramps, which are all thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between rentals.”

“Some customers rent a scooter for the weekend to go to the fair or a graduation celebration and some customers need to take advantage of the rental long-term,” Lynn explains. “We offer free financing on rent-to-own products such as stairlifts, scooters and more.”

Best Solutions recently expanded its bathroom safety division to include walk-in and barrier-free showers. The division also includes anything needed to accommodate safety and ease of navigation in the bathroom, from grab bars to raised toilets, transfer benches, tub rails and portable bidets.
