Anytime Tree Service provides exceptional workmanship and a dedication to beautifying yards

Celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Anytime Tree Service in Medina has stood the test of time, thanks to dependability and genuine hard work.
A family-operated tree service led by husband-and-wife team Scott and Pam Switzer, clients know they’ll always get Pam on the phone, first, and then meet with Scott for the estimate and overseeing the job site.
“We started the company when we both had other full-time jobs in 2013, which meant several years of 80-hour workweeks,” says Scott, who says that they’re able to keep their employees on the job year-round. “Thanks to word of mouth, our business slowly grew and we were able to quit our other jobs and run Anytime full time. We constantly reinvest dollars back into company equipment, always seeking to keep our workers safe and to make jobs run quicker and more efficiently.”
Today, with only one trained crew, the company completes about 600-800 residential and commercial jobs each year.
“One of the biggest things that separates us from others is that I’m at every job site, making sure the trees are expertly tended to,” says Scott, who has been in the tree service industry for more than 30 years. “And we don’t take a dime from anyone until the job is done and I personally make sure the customer is pleased with our work.”
Services they offer include:
- Tree and shrubbery trimming or removal
- Grinding the stump left after removal
- Spring and fall lawn clean-ups
“Maintaining trees can promise them a longer, healthier lifespan,” says Pam. “This is a job best left to the professionals, as pruning and trimming is an art and a science. Our crews know to do what’s best for the tree.”
Scott points out that not having trees trimmed can cause expensive damage in the long run, to the screens, windows and roof of a home.

Scott and Pam say one of the joys over the past decade has been having their kids—Thomas, Megan, Dillon and Matt—as employees. Since the parents are super down-to-earth and not ones to gab about their accomplishments, we caught up with a few of their employees to find out more.
• Juston James, foreman — “I’ve worked for the company for six years. Working alongside Scott feels like he’s a brother. He looks out for every employee on the job, is very organized and focused. We take pride in everything we do, not stopping until the client is 100% happy with the result.”
• Thomas, crew — “Over the years, my dad has always improved the equipment and safety for us. He’s respectful of the crew and puts the customers first. I’m proud of him getting his company off the ground and growing.”
• Dillon, crew — “We went to Medina Schools growing up and for my parents to be so willing to give back to the schools and its teams, to give their money and time to local charities like Feeding Medina County food pantry, makes them good role models. Residents in Medina always recognize our name for excellent work, but they also recognize us for our tireless community involvement and commitment to others.”
• Matt, crew — “It’s great to be part of this team. Everyone takes pride in making our area beautiful. The customer and the community are our priority.”
According to Scott and Pam, seeing their employees grow over the past decade, becoming able to buy homes and cars and provide for their families, is its own reward, and at the end of the day what they are most proud of.
