We run our micro craft distillery with an ethos of honoring old-world traditions while keeping our eye on the next big thing. This month is a perfect example.

Bourbon lovers will rejoice in this rare barrel. Aged over six years, we are only offering 233 limited-edition numbered bottles. At 112 proof, it’s one of the finest we’ve ever made and is available at the distillery only starting August 2nd. This would make the perfect gift for the bourbon drinker in your life.

On the next-big-thing list, our THC cocktails are immensely popular. People have made us their go-to hangout and like that we also offer a nice selection of local beers and wines in addition to our spirits.

Big sellers come from Broadview Brewing, Dark Room, Abita Brewing Company and Masthead Brewing Company. Folks rave about our new selection of IPAs and the Coffee Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter.

All summer long we’ve been sharing the LED love at community festivals and gatherings, and welcoming folks to our lounge for food, drink and live music.

Doing tastings on Fridays and Saturdays is one of my favorite parts of the job.

People pick from four of our eight spirits, and I educate them, give them the backstory and what to look for in the flavor profile. We also love helping people elevate their cocktail games with the best choice of mixers to complement the spirits. No need to schedule a tasting, just pop in.
