“If you want the hardest hitting marketing available, I am the most aggressive player in the game. My job is to help you protect your bottom line while making one of the largest financial decisions of your life.” —Howard Hanna Realtor Amy Hoes

Over the past eight years, Realtor Amy Hoes has grown her business to become a mega-million dollar producer for Howard Hanna, earning a slew of awards along the way.

Amy outsells 95 percent of all agents in the county, surpassing agents who have decades of business and larger client bases by marketing the homes she sells better.

“I have a very genuine feel for the real estate market in Medina County that few can match,” she says. “This allows me to give valuable input when my clients make buying and selling decisions. Due to the amount of transactions I handle in a year, I have knowledge that the average agent simply doesn't have.”

As one of the busiest agents in the area, Amy credits her ethic of providing outstanding service to both buyers and sellers for her success.

For buyers, she helps them understand financing, finding a home and how to negotiate the best price and terms, along the way offering guidance. She does this at no cost to the buyer, as she’s paid a fee out of the listing agent’s commission.

For sellers, she offers expert staging advice and an exclusive marketing package that showcases her listings on the prime sites (Trulia, Zillow and She says this extra effort gets a home viewed by 300 percent more interested buyers who are looking online. The geo-targeted ad buys bump her listings closer to the top of the first page when people are searching for homes, and that’s critical.

She notes that sellers with a $150,000 home enjoy the same premium marketing as someone with a $1.5 million home.

Amy has also invested in a top-of-the-line, wide-angle lens camera to make homes look like they belong in a magazine. And she will pay to have aerial photos taken of a property if she feels it will help garner a sale.

A list of specialties includes:

  • Investment properties
  • Relocation
  • First-time buyers

For Amy and her team, strong lines of communication are the key to everyday relationships with clients.

She uses whichever mode of communication the client prefers—phone calls, texts, emails. And response time is immediate, day or night, seven days a week. She never closes up shop.

Along with her husband, Kurt, who handles her marketing, Amy also has a fabulous assistant in buyer specialist Tiffany Singer, who helps her become acquainted with every house on market. Tiffany is her “boots on the ground,” partnering with clients to build relationships and win deals.
