In the middle of historic downtown Brecksville, Chippewa Place retirement community includes 100 rentable independent home-like apartments and engaging amenities.

Within the four-story red-brick building, 100 full-size one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments include full-size kitchens. It’s nestled into a ravine behind town square overlooking the Metroparks, close enough to Chippewa Creek that one can hear the rushing waters through an open window.
