“My style of training is making everything we do all about the client,” she says. “I provide the motivation and accountability to help them achieve their goals. Every workout is different, whether clients come to me once, twice or three times a week, so they never get bored.”

She says that once clients start training with her, they usually stay for the long haul.

“I like to keep things to the basics, avoiding short-lived exercise gimmicks,” she explains. “There’s no point in reinventing the wheel if the wheel works well. I opt for safe, controlled, slow-paced movements aimed at building strength, balance and flexibility. My clients transform their bodies and that positively impacts many other aspects of their lives.”

“I customize each workout to the client, charting their progress and being wary of any injury, chronic condition or weakness they might have,” she says. “Once we set goals together with an initial consultation, I’m able to provide lots of personal attention to their workout plan and help them stick with it, even if that means coming up with exercises they can do on the side at home or while traveling.”
