Williams Landscaping & Pavers does right by its clients with the right people who have the right experience and the right equipment, so you can do the warmer months right and really live outdoors.

“We have the people and the experience to do any task,” says owner Brian Williams.

Twenty years in, Brian knows what it takes. His staff consists of trained horticulturalists, hardscape experts, skilled carpenters and dedicated laborers. At Williams Landscaping, everyone is a unique specialist, a craftsman in the art of landscape and hardscape.

But what makes them the outdoor-living professionals in Northeast Ohio is their commitment to making each of their client’s dreams of a backyard oasis, blooming through the spring and summer, and changing into fall, a reality.

Through award-winning landscape design, one-of-a-kind patios, pavilions and water features, and state-of-the-art 3-D imaging, along with all the heavy equipment and machinery, they have what it takes to get the job done right.

“One of the first questions I always ask is what the client likes to do outside,” says Brian.

Done right, outdoor living means the best room in the house isn’t in the house.

Architectural elements like pavilions frame space for an additional room outside and provide shade so you can relax and breathe easy even with the sun beating down. Other structural features like fire pits encourage conversation that can last into the night and extend into the cooler months.

Williams Landscaping & Pavers is skilled at creating what they termed “eye attraction at every point.”

You don’t want to get stuck in the kitchen as your guests arrive or during dinner time, slaving over a hot stove while the kids have fun on the splash pad.

“People want to be outside, they want to enjoy their yards, and have a nice sitting area with a functional kitchen—sinks, countertops, islands, the whole works,” says Brian. “Outdoor living creates an environment that leads to drinking a glass of wine in the evening hours.”

Lighting can dramatically enhance outdoor living.

Williams Landscaping & Pavers makes your dreams a reality and your outdoor living experience everything you dreamed it could be.

“Landscape and patio lighting are architectural elements people don’t think about,” says Brian. “Lighting has a practical benefit, too—you can stay out later and enjoy the evening.”

Whether it’s a big job or a small job, the process is the same. Williams Landscaping sets out to establish a professional standard of trust and builds on the relationships the company maintains with its clients.

“We do a no-cost consultation, and we collaborate with our clients on whatever they’re dreaming of getting done,” says Brian. “I then take the notes and measurements back to the office and come up with a design and an itemized estimate. And I always tell clients the first design is preliminary.”

Williams Landscaping takes clients’ dreams to reality by first creating a dimensional view, and a bird’s-eye view, as well as a color sketch. Outdoor living extends your home, and you wouldn’t paint your living room without a color scheme. The abundance of plants and landscaping details bring your outdoor living space to life. Every element should exist in harmony.

“You want eye attraction at every point,” says Brian. “You also want to protect your investment with an irrigation system. We program it and you’ll only have to think about it twice a year—once to turn it off and once to turn it on.”

Next, the initial consultations, preliminary drawings and color designs are brought together in a 3-D rendering.

“We bring everything together, and we do a virtual walkthrough,” says Brian. “Our clients can see their dreams from every perspective and make changes.”

A relationship starts with having the right people for the right job, and Brian, along with operations manager Nick Lesch and hardscape foremen Bobby Bennett, Brian Cooney, and Dan Wolfe represent over 100 years of experience.

“You get the right group of guys together, you can make something beautiful,” says Nick.

Williams Landscaping seeks to renew and enrich its wealth of experience.

Outdoor living extends your home.

“We go through several training seminars a year,” says Brian. “This past year we attended an interesting seminar on cultured stone, which a lot of times you see on the foundations of older homes—and we can match any cultured stone and bring it out into the patio and other hardscape elements, so everything flows.”

Williams Landscaping maintains a long list of suppliers so that they’ll always have the right materials.

“On older houses where the information from the builder isn’t there, my guys will leave no stone unturned and go out to a client’s home with samples until they get it exactly right,” says Brian.

Williams Landscaping does right by its Statement of Work (SOW).

“Everything’s in writing so we can meet all our clients’ expectations,” says Brian. “But, it’s not written in stone. We want to make your dreams a reality and your outdoor living experience everything you dreamed it could be.”

And that’s a promise.

“We have a five-year warranty,” says Brian. “Once a year, we come back and do an inspection just to make sure it’s right.”
