Virtual therapy and fitness

In this unprecedented time when you are not leaving your house to go to the gym or physical therapy, a virtual physical therapy appointment or virtual personal fitness training can help you stay in shape.
At Ferrell-Whited Physical Therapy and Bedford Fitness, we now offer live virtual Telerehab and Telefitness. Interacting with people virtually allows us to provide professional care without physical contact from just about anywhere.
Patients receive the same guidance with physical therapy virtually, except for manual therapy and dry needling. We provide professional evaluations, consultations and treatment sessions, as well as give guidance on how to self-massage your injuries. We currently offer 25-minute sessions, and many sessions can be processed through your insurance. Without coverage, a nominal fee is required.
Virtual personal training can work with whatever you may have at home, whether a full gym, a few free weights, or bands, balls and a mat. We also have live virtual customized group classes. We offer 30- and 60-minute one-on-one sessions or 50-minute small group classes.
Our virtual appointments are easily accessed through the internet on your phone, tablet or computer as long as there is a camera on the device. Once you schedule your appointment, we send you login and app download information for our programs through email. Once you have downloaded the apps and registered, you are ready for your appointment.
We are also currently seeing patients at our clinic for in-person visits for physical therapy and will soon be able to return to in-person visits for personal training and small-group classes. Our clinic is set up to offer professional, individual care in a controlled, private environment.
