The Personal Approach

Honesty, integrity and reliability. These are the three attributes at the top of every buyer’s or seller’s list when looking for a real estate agent. The three most common complaints are lack of communication, knowledge of the marketplace and availability.

The Emerman Team at Keller Williams in Pepper Pike provides exceptional client communication, vast knowledge of the marketplace and unlimited availability to clients. Coincidence? Not at all. It’s the result of years of experience, hard work and finding just the right people for a team that works together for its clients.

“I was one of the original Realtors to bring Keller Williams to Cleveland back in 2002,” says Nancy Emerman, founder of the Emerman Team. “This group we have today is the most genuine group I have had the pleasure to work with in my 35 years in real estate. Together, we combine unique strategies with our individual areas of expertise to do whatever it takes to sell your home, or find the perfect one for your family.”

Nancy describes working with the Emerman Team as a “wow experience” for clients.

“We’re creating a relationship with you,” says Nancy. “This is where our communication skills come in. We get many of our clients through referrals. We’ve sold people their first homes, then another, and they refer friends and family. That’s when you know you’re doing something right, when people entrust their families to you. We take that very seriously.”

The Emerman Team has five licensed real estate agents with two more coming on board early this year, a marketing/listing manager and a transaction coordinator working together to make buying or selling as efficient as possible.

“We take advantage of all the avenues for communication and advertising,” says Steven Soltay, marketing and listing manager. “I handle marketing and social media along with being the extra eyes and ears for agents on their listings. Our listings have the best exposure available. And I check on the houses, make sure everything looks great, meet contractors and more. Often, it’s the little things that sell a house. We make sure those things are done.”

And this team is not above getting its hands dirty, literally, when it comes to readying a home for sale.

“I’ve been known to straighten up the house myself. We’ve done it all to ready a house for showing,” says Nancy. “We help to take that load off the seller. Social media, texting and email are great, but nothing beats the personal touch. Our clients know we are on top of their sale or search.”

Understanding the marketplace and pricing expertise are other areas where the Keller Williams Emerman Team excels.

“Our ability to work with you through the shifting market, listen to and understand your needs is what sets us apart,” says Nancy. “It’s why so many of our listings go into multiple offers and sell in just days. We work together. It’s a unique environment focused solely on our clients.”

And when your home sells or you’re ready to buy, Emily Hicks, Emerman’s transaction coordinator, walks you through the process.

“From contract to getting your keys, I’m working to ensure a smooth process,” says Emily. “It’s a lot of information so it is important that clients know I’m here for them.”

Nancy describes the home real estate industry simply. “It’s a beauty contest and a price war,” she notes. “Prepare the home and price it right. That’s what the Emerman Team does for you.”
