“People can drive up to the gate to open it with an app on their phone without even opening their car window,” says Kevin. “The entire transaction of renting space takes place at our 24/7 rental kiosk in the front lobby, which even prints a lease for you. A virtual assistant walks people through the whole process in about three minutes. Customers can buy unit locks at the kiosk, too. We also offer move-ins over the phone.”

Kevin notes they serve many commercial customers who rely on their high level of customer service to protect their valuable goods, from antique dealers to pharmaceutical reps and local builders storing materials.
