Planning ahead with Medicare

If you’re on Medicare, chances are good you’ve already started getting phone calls and a pile of mail about your policy—and it’s not even open enrollment time, yet. Open enrollment happens from October 15 to December 7. During that time, you can make changes to your plan or enroll in a new one. It’s a busy few weeks, and, for many people, there’s a bit of a frenzied feel.

There is a way, however, for you to navigate Medicare enrollment with sound guidance and less stress.

From October 1 until October 14, you can schedule a time to meet with me to do a pre-review of your Medicare options. During that time, I’m able to discuss with you what Medicare plans for the coming year will look like, what changes may or may not affect your current plan, what enhancements may have been added to your plan, what kind of options there are outside of your plan, whether changing plans would be more advantageous, whether your doctor or prescription needs have changed, and whether or not they’re still covered.

It’s an opportunity for you to have all your questions answered and choose the right plan for you—before the rush of open enrollment hits. Then, once the window for enrollment opens, all we have to do is submit the paperwork.

As always, my guidance is free of charge.
