For more than 50 years, the Cirino family name has been synonymous with furniture.

“Our dad (Paul) was the best, having us work our way up the ranks, from putting together lamps to working with customers on the showroom floor and driving delivery trucks,” says Jason Cirino, who, along with his brother, Paul, opened their newest showroom, The Cleveland Furniture Company, in Parma last December.

“But what we really learned along the way was to take pride in treating people fairly,” he says.

“And that’s what our reputation is based on. When people work with us, they leave knowing they got the best deal for the best possible quality of furniture. We provide the best experience from start to finish.”

Within the 40,000-square-foot showroom lies a diverse selection of styles to fit every taste and every budget. Whether it’s family and living room sofas and sectionals, dining sets, tables, barstools, recliners, bedroom sets, mattresses, or all of the accessories to make a room come to life, like wall art, lamps, vases and show plants, you’ll discover it here.

In addition to the mind-boggling selection housed in the 40,000-square-foot showroom, there’s even more options available. “We have a 120,000 sq. ft warehouse filled will quality products for the best price that you can’t find anywhere else,” says Jason.

Grand Opening of Sealy Mattress Gallery
As part of their Labor Day Celebration Sale, the brothers are also thrilled to announce the grand opening of their new Sealy Mattress Gallery.

“We don’t want our customers to have to go anywhere else,” says Jason. “We’ll be offering all the best styles, including hybrids, which combine innersprings with memory foam and the targeted support of Posturepedic Technology, at the best prices.”

The brothers say going with a locally made product was important to them, and so is the top quality, as Sealy is the top-selling brand on the market.

“There’s nothing like a good night’s sleep,” says Jason. “And we appreciate the connection between a best-quality mattress and the quality of your sleep.”

Bringing on the Farmhouse Charm
“Rustic farmhouse is the biggest trend we are seeing right now,” says Paul, who scours the world for emerging styles. “We started bringing in pieces that reflect that, featuring reclaimed wood, slatted tables and sliding barn doors, as well as vintage posters for wall hangings and light fixtures you’d find in a rustic setting.”

But there are also many glamorous modern pieces featured at the showroom, such as mirrored tables and painted headboards.

Custom-Made Furniture
The store also caters to custom-made furniture lovers, too. One of Jason’s favorite lines is called Palettes by Winesburg, which includes bedroom sets and tables that are Amish made in Millersburg, Ohio.

You can create your own furniture by choosing from many species of wood, such as oak, cherry, rustic cherry or maple, with wormy maple the number one seller. You can select the size, the edge, the shape and the chairs for one-of-a-kind pieces.

Cleveland Furniture also offers several lines—including Smith Brothers—that feature hundreds of fabric selections for people to choose from for sofas, loveseats and chairs.

“Another one of our best-selling lines is Flexsteel, particularly the leather reclining power sofas,” says Jason.

The stylish line includes a variety of sofa styles, with special features such as power head rests, lumbar support, heavy stitching and padded foot rests that make these sofas the most comfortable seat in any home.

Take 17: Meet “The Furniture Brothers”
Cleveland Furniture Company’s tagline is “family-owned, Cleveland-proud” and they strive to welcome customers and treat them like family. Educating folks about furniture quality is also a mission here.

Jason and Paul enjoy showing clients what makes great furniture great. They are also a couple of characters, in the best of ways, so they decided to produce a series of videos called “The Furniture Brothers,” which are showcased on their website. (Don’t miss the outtakes of B-roll.)

But you’ll want to explore the expansive showroom in person to appreciate it. Jason says he’s there every day, so come see him or one of the friendly associates.

“About 70 percent of everything you see on our floor is available for immediate delivery,” he says. “We are professionals when it comes to helping people create their dream home. If you’re not sure of how to put a room together, we offer a Design Squad of interior designers who will come to your home and help you select the perfect furniture from our store.”

He sums up what the store is about with one simple question: “Why spend more for less quality, when you can spend less for great quality, here?”
