Just in time for a summer body reset, Health and Life Coach Heather Kuchar, founder of Healthy Attractions wellness studio in Fairlawn, is introducing a 3-Day Plan that beats bloat, reduces belly fat, boosts energy and takes skin from dull to lustrous.

“I’ve put together an eating plan with the scientific synergy to kick your metabolism into gear and fight inflammation,” says Heather. “It’s basically all the proven tricks I’ve discovered over the years.”

And for the safest interaction in light of the Covid-19 situation, she is currently operating sessions with clients over the phone, a virtual mode of interaction she’s also followed in the past.

“Designed for busy people on the go who don’t want to spend a ton of time prepping meals, clients get the meal plan and two one-hour coaching sessions with me to put them in the right perspective,” she explains. “We map out their goals, come up with healthy strategies, and start journaling about the experience.”

The best news? She says the methodology behind her proven tactics are sustainable in the long term.

“By the end of the 3-Day Plan, I hope people will already start forming healthy habits, like portion control and flavoring foods with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and fresh herbs and spices,” she adds.

Heather also offers a host of healthy supplements to boost immunity. One of her favorites to ward off sickness is a package of probiotics, fiber, enzymes and vitamin D3.

Lasting Change
The plan joins her three other fabulously successful programs: the 2-Week Detox, 6-Week Self Discovery and 90-Day Transformation. Included with the programs are yoga classes in the well-appointed yoga studio within Healthy Attractions.

One of the most important philosophies within these plans is “eating the rainbow.” Heather is well-versed in the nutritional science behind this, but, in layman’s terms, eating a wide variety of colors of fruits and vegetables is said to improve health, because each color contains a different combination of antioxidants, which work better synergistically. So, your body benefits more from a salad with different colors of greens, strawberries, blueberries, mushrooms and melons than, say, if you only eat green beans because they are your favorite.

For Breakfast: Eat This, Not That
Heather says she cringes when she thinks about what most people think is a healthy breakfast…a bowl of cereal.

“Most cereals are super processed foods that are loaded with sugar,” she says. “In reality, the ideal breakfast should include a clean protein, a healthy fat and a fruit or vegetable. And it should be eaten within 90 minutes of waking up.”

Her favorite energy-lifting, anti-inflammatory smoothie recipe includes spinach, cinnamon, flaxseed, nuts and non-dairy milk. (Get the full recipe by signing up for her 3-Day Plan, or check out 17 more recipes for tantalizing smoothies on her site, HealthyAttractions.com.)

Heather became a life and health coach after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis eight years ago and was forced to adopt healthy life practices for her wellness, from a detox diet to yoga and meditation.

Her yoga classes in the studio have become such a hit, she’s started offering virtual classes on her website as well, in sequences for all levels, from beginner to advanced, addressing issues like balance, calm, detox and arthritis. The first trial class is free, and then you can “attend” the other classes for a nominal fee.

“I want to share what I learned to help others turn their lives around, too,” she says. “Every day I get to see my clients stretching and growing and achieving the lives they’d only dreamed about. I’m blessed.”
