Title Boxing Club workouts torch up to a thousand calories.

Part fitness guru, part philosopher, part whirlwind force of nature, Casey Wandell operates at one speed: full throttle.

Nicknamed “The Preacher,” he owns Title Boxing Club in Strongsville, where he is also an instructor of explosive total body workouts that boost body, mind and spirit while torching 1,000 calories an hour, burning fat and strengthening your core.

“Our goal is empowerment,” he says. “No matter your age, weight or stage in life, our classes help people find redemptive qualities within themselves every single round, every single day.”

Casey has become so famous for his inspirational quotes and infectious enthusiasm, the studio has begun offering T-shirts featuring “Casey-isms.”

The editorial staff at Mimi Magazine decided it simply couldn’t get enough of them. So we’re kicking off a monthly column chronicling his roadmap to life.

Casey’s Law #1: This is Chess, not Checkers.
“With technology today, people are accustomed to things happening very quickly and very conveniently. Thanks to smartphones and the internet, everything comes fast and easy,” Casey says.

“But life’s important things, like your health, do not come easy,” he adds. “You have to work for them and commit to a life change. Only by taking the time and energy to push yourself further than you thought you could go will you have the power to transform yourself.”

“Your body is a complex, highly efficient and miraculous machine,” he says.

“We train our members in a chess-not-checkers style that helps them tap into their strength, flexibility, endurance and agility, ultimately rediscovering their confidence and self-esteem.”
