ACA enrollment is happening now until Tuesday, December 15. The requirement for healthcare coverage is still the law in some states, but people do have options.

For some, choosing a healthcare plan under the ACA umbrella makes the most sense. These are the folks who have a serious preexisting condition, are in need of maternity care, or they’re receiving government subsidies to help offset the cost of their plan. ACA plans typically cover mental health concerns or substance abuse.
