Albert G. Hehr, III has practiced in the field of asset protection, Medicaid, and estate planning since he began his career in law. A member of the National Academy of Elderlaw Attorneys, the Wealth Counsel, the Ohio Bar Association Trust and Estate planning sections and the Cleveland Estate Planning Counsel. He has worked with clients with estates ranging from zero to $100 million, each with the own unique and difficult problems.

Richard Myers is a 1988 graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law. An experienced trial attorney and former acting magistrate with the Medina Municipal Court (1994-2000), he changed his focus to estate and Medicaid planning ten years ago. Today, he works to protect the quality of life for those in retirement, working directly with several senior care providers and fraternal organizations on behalf of families.
Albert III and Richard conduct estate planning workshops throughout the year.
