Making sustainable lifestyle changes can be challenging. While there is so much focus on crash diets, weight loss pills or hyped protein powders to improve metabolism and lose weight, none of these take into consideration your health conditions, lifestyle or health history. It is easy to lose weight incorrectly, resulting in reduced muscle mass, a weaker metabolism or just releasing extra water, which is often what happens with fad diets.
